I took my first drawing class at the University of Florida because it was a pre-requisite to take black & white photography. I went into the class knowing nothing about drawing and I left with an entirely new perspective. When I see an object, I see how the shadow is spread across its surface, where the sun brightens the edges, and how there are ten different shades of gray within each square inch. Drawing has taught me to notice the details.
The still lifes album contains the collection of work completed for my Drawing Form and Space class. The work in the people album was created after the class.
